Straightforward, clear communication. Training, E-Learning and phone messaging can work in lots of different ways:  Sometimes it's purely informational. Even clinical. Sometimes there's room for a little more personality. But the bottom line is always the same: Understanding. It can also be pretty copy-heavy. Relax.
